Action

The story of “Tokyo Ghoul” is taking part in Tokyo, which is haunted by “ghouls”. The Ghouls are mysterious creatures who are devouring humans. A lot of people are gripped by the fear of these Ghouls. Kaneki Ken, an ordinary college student meets Rize, a girl who is an avid reader like him, at his favourite café. But really soon Kaneki will realize that his fate will change overnight.

Personal Opinion

“Tokyo Ghoul” is apparently my favourite anime. The story of the anime is unique and got a lot of unexpected changes. I really like Kanreki’s character development throughout the anime. Tokyo Ghoul is filled with a lot of action and a small touch of horror. I can definitely recommend Tokyo Ghoul to people who like animes with a lot of story changes and interesting characters. Every character got its own story and way to express themselves. Some are cold hearted killers, others are just hilarious people. I also got positively surprised about how great the ending of season two was.
